  • pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, the right to erasure of your personal data that is being stored by us, safe for the case in which the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression or information, for the compliance with legal obligations, for purposes of public interest or for the ascertainment, the exercise or the defense of a right in court;

Voluntary data communication

The communication of personal data is voluntary. However, it is necessary to highlight that providing your personal data is required in order to conclude the contract and to provide the services of Matthias Oertel (Vinama). In the event that you should not make your personal data available, we will not be able to provide our service, except for the data processing for purposes of marketing, for which we ask your consent beforehand.
